Classic Porchetta
Dating back to the
early Roman Era, our Classic Porchetta encompasses the
whole deboned pig, including the head. We begin with a natural, hormone free animal raised to our specifications.
It is harvested to our specific, time honored methods.
We then debone and after hand rubbing select spices,
we sew the pig back together.
